Drive qualified awareness and acquisition for both our free scanner and our paid services/product, with a strong focus on LATAM but also global reach.

Why this role matters right now

Our free scanner is a powerful acquisition engine, but it needs deliberate growth efforts behind it. The person in this role will directly influence how many companies we reach and how efficiently we turn interest into revenue.

What you'll do

  • Design and run experiments across content, SEO, LinkedIn, paid channels, and partnerships to generate leads for both the free scanner and services.
  • Own the top of the funnel: create content and campaigns that attract security-conscious companies in LATAM.
  • Build and optimize sequences and automations that turn scanner users into qualified sales conversations.
  • Work closely with Sales to understand which leads convert and continuously improve targeting and messaging.
  • Test new channels and tactics — we are still early, so you will have real ownership over what works.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on growth experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technical products.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, content, and paid acquisition (especially LinkedIn).
  • Analytical mindset — you care about attribution and what actually moves the needle.
  • Excellent written English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
  • Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, or selling to technical buyers.

What success looks like in the first year

  • Significantly increase the volume and quality of inbound leads for services and the paid product.
  • Create repeatable playbooks for demand generation in LATAM.
  • Improve conversion from free scanner users to sales conversations.
  • Help us understand which channels and messages work best for our audience.
