Sales & Partnerships (LATAM Focus)

Help mid-market and enterprise companies in Latin America understand and reduce their external attack surface. You will own the full sales cycle for our services and product in the region.

Why this role matters right now

Revenue is our current bottleneck. We have strong technical delivery capacity and a real product in the market. The person in this role will have massive impact on our ability to turn conversations into paying clients and recurring relationships.

What you'll do

  • Identify, qualify, and engage mid-market and enterprise accounts across LATAM.
  • Run discovery calls and map client attack surface needs to our offering (assessments + continuous monitoring).
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline while maintaining high-quality conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with our delivery team (research + reports) to scope real client work.
  • Experiment with different outreach channels (LinkedIn, email, events, warm intros) and help us figure out what works best in the region.
  • Support the transition from one-off services toward recurring revenue relationships.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience selling to mid-market or enterprise companies in LATAM (SaaS, cybersecurity, or professional services is a plus).
  • Strong ability to run discovery conversations and understand technical risk in business terms.
  • Comfortable with high ownership in an early-stage environment — you will build processes as much as you close deals.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong advantage).
  • Experience with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Bonus: Previous experience selling security assessments, compliance services, or technical consulting.

  • Consistently generate and progress qualified opportunities in the region.
  • Close a meaningful number of paid assessments and pilot programs.
  • Help us understand which segments and messaging resonate most.
  • Build repeatable outreach and qualification processes that the company can scale.
